Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Note: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  • Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:
  • A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your return is rejected (e.g., due to visible wear or damage), we’ll contact you with options.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
  • Please email us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
